Customer MUST report back the original state* running time back to us after purchase, for warranty to be fully effective, Or replacement fees may apply, due to unknown original condition.
Warranty Replacement Condition:
Compare with the original state (when you received the battery), if the battery lasts less than 50% of the original state*, providing the numbers of battery cycles* being less than 200 or below.
Definition:
*Original State: When battery was first received by the customer, charged to full and run down to 5%, without running any additional programe other than windows default,
*Battery Cycle: When a battery is charged to full and run down to 5% or 0%, it is consider 1 standard battery cycle.
